Discover Inter-Application Dependencies

Use the Application-to-Application scope to see how your application interacts with other applications in the portfolio.

Before you start
Who this is for Architect, portfolio manager
Role required Viewer or higher
Prerequisites Multiple applications imported; app-to-app dependency detection configured (see Manage applications)

Step 1: Open the Application-to-Application scope

In the Investigation panel, select App to App.

Step 2: Read the dependency map

Each node is an application. Links between nodes show calls or data exchanges between applications.

Click a link between two applications to see the objects involved in the dependency.

Step 4: Export the dependency map

Use the export option in the toolbar to save the dependency map as an image or CSV file.
