Generate an AI Summary for a Scope
Generate a natural-language description of a transaction, module, data call graph, or full application.
Before you start

Step 1: Open the scope
Go to the scope you want to summarize: Application, Transaction, Module, or Data Call Graph.
Step 2: Start AI summary generation
In the toolbar or left panel, click Generate AI summary.

Step 3: Configure options
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Filter by complexity | Only summarize objects above a cyclomatic complexity threshold. Useful for large scopes — focus AI on the most complex parts. |
| Generation method | Graph Representation: includes call relationships. Exclusive Object: summarizes each object independently. |
Step 4: Wait for the summary
The AI processes objects in the scope. For large scopes, this can take several minutes. Monitor progress in the status bar.
Step 5: Read and save the summary
The summary appears in a panel. You can save individual object summaries as annotations.
